Your First In-Person Group

How limited might your healing be if you participated in a group to heal your relationship with your body, but no one in the group ever saw your whole body?

Showing up in-person can feel intimidating at first.

Feeling accepted inside and out happens as we share space with each other.

• To get to the office, enter 1201 Spyglass into your GPS.
  (The true address is 2525 Wallingwood, however GPS will take you to an entrance on a different street, so pretend you are coming to 1201 Spyglass.)
• Enter the parking lot from Spyglass Dr. where you see “1201 Spyglass.” 
• Building 15 will be straight ahead on your left.
• Come up to the 2nd floor. Suite 1504 is the door on the right.

As always, bring your curiosity about fellow group members and a willingness to be honest with yourself.
