How can I get the most out of group?

 

Some questions for journaling, discussing with someone you trust, or thinking through on a walk, in a bubble bath, or while sitting somewhere peaceful outside…

 

What makes it hard for me to speak up in group? Do I feel like I need to be asked a question directly and individually? If so, why? What will allow me to share freely and ask questions of others during our short time together? 

 

When have I been the most open with the group about thoughts and feelings I have in response to what is being discussed? What allowed me to be more open then?

 

What is something specific that I could ask for more of in group, that might benefit my growth?
